Fun Preschool Swimming Lessons That Build Confidence
Building confidence, skills and a love of the water in children aged 3 to 5.
Our preschool swimming lessons focus on developing correct technique while making learning fun. Children progress through four structured levels, moving up as soon as they’re ready – no term-based delays. Lessons are designed to build confidence, safety skills and independence in the water, with every class full of smiles, splashes and steady progress. Small group sessions (ratio of 1:4) ensure skilled teachers can give each child the right mix of guidance, encouragement and fun.

There are four. Squid is where beginners start, then Penguin, then Seal, then Polar Bear for confident swimmers. Children move up as soon as they are ready, not at the end of a term.
Four at most, with one teacher. Small groups mean your child gets real attention in every lesson

No, preschool lessons are for children on their own. A parent or caregiver does need to stay at the pool for the whole lesson, and there are comfortable viewing areas so you can watch.
Yes. Squid is built for children who are completely new to the water. Starting from scratch at 3 is very common.
It varies. We assess in every lesson and move children up when they have the skills, so some progress faster than others. Your teacher will keep you posted on how your child is tracking.
