Programme overview

Our baby and infant programme is designed to build early water confidence through gentle, structured sessions that feel more like play than practice. With a trusted adult in the water, babies learn through songs, movement and connection – all while developing important motor skills and safety awareness.

Who it’s for

Babies aged 3 months to 3 years, grouped by stage. Each child has a parent or caregiver in the water with them for comfort, safety and bonding.

  • Young Tadpoles 3 to 6 months – Free lessons (by waitlist only)
  • Tadpoles 3 to 18 months
  • Frogs 18 months to 3 years

Frequently asked questions

Not at all. You’ll always be in shallow water, supported by our expert teachers.

Just swimwear for both of you, two towels, and a swim nappy for your baby. Warm clothes for after are a good idea too. Reusable swim nappies can be bought from our team at reception.

One adult is in the water per child, but you’re welcome to bring a second adult to watch from the viewing area.
