30-minute sessions, once a week. Each class is calm, supportive and engaging — designed to follow the child’s pace.

Every baby is partnered with a parent, caregiver or family member in the water. You’ll learn how to hold, guide and support your baby safely and confidently.
As your child grows, they’ll move from water play and comfort to essential foundational swim skills — preparing them for Preschool-level classes with confidence.
